The Sap is running and its time to celebrate one of our areas great treasures - local Maple Syrup!

We are excited to have Nancy Weiss Saueressig, one of the owners of Weiss Woods of Plum Creek - the folks who make all the maple syrup that goes into our pies and our marketplace!
Nancy will help us all understand the process to make the beautiful amber liqued and answer your questions about Maple Syrup!

Together we will explore a delicious line up of new and classic pies, served with an artisan Wisconsin maple rootbeer and coffee!

Slices of the following will be served:

Maple Pecan Pie: A delicious take on classic pecan pie, but enhanced with rich maple syrup. A beautiful blend of flavors!

Canadian Salted Maple Pie: One of our great classic seasonal pies. Rich, buttery maple custard finished with sea salt and a maple infused whipped cream.

Maple Chocolate Brownie Pie: Our famous crust layered with a deep, rich chocolate brownie filling, sweetened with pure maple syrup, finished with whipped cream.

Maple Root Beer: Wisconsin craft made maple root beer
